Quy tắc: Director phải review & respond trong 48 giờ. Không để asset chờ quá lâu.

7. Kiêm Nhiệm & Lưu Ý

Với team 9-11 người, một số vai trò sẽ kiêm nhiệm:

Rủi ro kiêm nhiệm: Nếu 1 người sick/nghỉ, nhiều khâu bị ảnh hưởng. Mitigation: cross-training (mỗi người phải biết workflow của ít nhất 1 người khác) + document mọi process.

8. Onboarding Checklist (Cho thành viên mới)

8.1 Ngày 1

• Đọc README.md — hiểu cấu trúc project
• Đọc 01-concept.md + 02-story-bible.md — hiểu phim
• Đọc 05-art-direction.md — hiểu visual style
• Setup accounts (Notion, Discord, Frame.io, Google Drive)
• Gặp Director 1:1 — creative vision briefing

8.2 Ngày 2-3

• Đọc 07-ai-pipeline.md — hiểu production workflow
• Đọc 13-asset-management.md — hiểu naming convention
• Đọc 14-quality-control.md — hiểu quality standards
• Setup tools cá nhân (ComfyUI, SD, subscriptions)
• Chạy thử pipeline — generate 1 test asset end-to-end

8.3 Tuần 1

• Shadow 1 buổi Creative Review
• Generate 5 practice assets (có feedback từ Lead)
• Hiểu review flow, biết submit asset đúng cách
• Hoàn thành — ready for production

9. Tuyển Dụng — Kỹ Năng Ưu Tiên

Ưu tiên người có kinh nghiệm AI tools hơn animation truyền thống.

Market rate tham khảo (VN, 2026): AI-skilled operators hiện khan hiếm. Mức lương 18-25 triệu/tháng là cạnh tranh cho contract position. Có thể cần tuyển từ cộng đồng AI art Vietnam (Facebook groups, Discord servers).
